• Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in MEP BIM modeling
• Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid

• Hands-on experience and strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
• Good understanding of MEP coordination workflows
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and implement accurate BIM models
• Electrical background will be an added advantage

• Develop detailed 3D façade models using Inventor & AutoCAD
• Prepare shop, GA, fabrication, and installation drawings
• Model curtain walls (unitized & stick), cladding, glazing, and louvers
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and material take-offs
• Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and site feedback

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• Experience as an Inventor Modeler – Façade
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and fixing methods
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination workflows
• Good communication and attention to detail
